2. Use License & Copyright Guidelines

Pinku's Lab provides a browser interface and downloadable local Helper. Your rights to copy, modify, or redistribute source code are governed by the license published with the repository. Regardless of license rights, every user must follow these rules:

• You must use only legal content. Do not use the tool to loop copyright-infringing content or violate standard YouTube Community Guidelines.
• You must not loop copyrighted videos without permission or explicit ownership rights.
• No misuse or spam streaming is permitted. Maintain valid, continuous broadcasts that conform to platform standards.
• The user is solely responsible for protecting their YouTube Stream Key and maintaining their YouTube account credentials.

3. Tool Provided As-Is & Service Limitations

Pinku's Lab is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Since the application runs on your local system, any hardware overhead, bandwidth consumption, or disruptions related to streaming are your sole responsibility. Pinku's Lab reserves the right to modify or limit local software distributions as required for compatibility.
