Yes. The Windows Helper installs a verified FFmpeg engine on first launch, then uses it to prepare and send the selected local video to YouTube.
What upload speed is required for YouTube Live?
A stable upload connection is required. For 720p, stable 4 Mbps or higher is recommended. For 1080p, 8 Mbps or higher is better. For 4K, high upload bandwidth is required.
Can I use any video for YouTube Live streaming?
